Hello, I’m Wojtek. I’m an ad nerd.
Branding and advertising, in their most ambitious, tasteful, and bold forms, have fascinated me for as long as I can remember.
That fascination became a career in 2012, when I landed my first job as an Art Director at an advertising agency. Since then, I’ve spent my time uncovering insights, developing ideas, presenting and producing them, writing copy, art directing, mentoring young talent, winning at global advertising festivals, and eventually judging them.
My career, first as an Art Director/Copywriter and later as a Creative Director, has taken me across Warsaw, Prague, London, Berlin, and Chicago. Along the way, I’ve worked on projects ranging from regional to global, from TV-led (including Super Bowl 2020) to digital, from product-focused to brand-building, and from commercial work to purpose-driven campaigns.
I’ve worked in agencies (Ogilvy, FCB, Saatchi & Saatchi, Fallon), in-house (PepsiCo Europe), and as a freelancer. Along the way, my work has received significant recognition. I’ve won awards including a Cannes Lions Grand Prix, a D&AD Black Pencil, and two One Show Grand Prix, among others. In 2021, I was ranked the #4 copywriter worldwide by Cannes Lions.
No matter the brief or the context, I advocate for the highest standards of creativity, both in the strategic and conceptual foundations of a campaign and in the craft of its execution. I aim to pass on the same values and passion to the next generation of creatives.
